Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site is built to work without ongoing lock-in to any platform or subscription.
How long does a build take?
A free demo site is usually built within a few days. Once you confirm you want it live, going properly live typically takes another few days depending on content.
Is there really no catch?
No. I build the site because it's the fastest way to prove I'm worth hiring. If you don't want it, you keep the link and I move on.
